Relaunching My Personal Site: Building Stack Snacks in Public

Welcome to the relaunch of my personal site. I’m building Stacks Max in the open—a space for stories, ideas, and lessons from our business. Expect an honest look at what’s working, what isn’t, and the challenges in between.

A couple of years ago, two moments changed everything: we launched ChatGPT, and my first child was born. That season delayed my deep dive into ChatGPT, but once I jumped in, exploring AI became one of the most exciting parts of my career.

After 15 years as a developer, I’ve seen plenty of tech waves. AI feels different. The potential is enormous, and I want this space to stay optimistic and practical—showing how these tools can make work (and life) better, and more fun.

I’m experimenting with AI every day, pushing its limits and documenting what I learn. I’ll share our progress with full transparency—revenue, costs, wins, missteps, and the pivots in between. Whether we launch, iterate, or sunset projects, you’ll find the updates here.
